Chiropractic Office Assistant
Full or part-time position at Oklahaven
Purpose: To serve and help fulfill the mission of the Children’s Chiropractic Center, celebrating 50 years of natural, drug-free healthcare, by assisting the doctor with patients and maintaining the organization’s internal operations.
Description: Happy, dependable, positive person with a strong work ethic to work with front desk and assist patients in a small chiropractic office. Administrative tasks required. Non-profit experience, organizational skills, and some travel required. Must embrace natural, drug-free lifestyle.
Skills: Responsibilities include front desk reception, scheduling, light bookkeeping, computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and the internet, excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. Minimum three years experience. Strong writing skills required.

Chiropractor
Purpose: To serve and help advance the mission of Oklahaven Children’s Chiropractic Center
Description: Help fulfill the mission of the non-profit 501-(C-3)Center by being willing to align with the senior doctor’s philosophy, techniques and vision by participating in the daily clinical operation with chiropractic care including education and fundraising activities.
Responsibilities:
- Progressively responsible position
- To observe and assist the Center’s staff
- Learn:
– How to evaluate children
– Adjusting techniques
– To provide chiropractic care to children of all ages
– Respond to queries by phone, mail, or email
Qualifications:
- Interested in working with children and bringing the chiropractic premise to the public through the children
- Willing to systemize treatment protocol for severely neurologically disorganized children
- Documentation capabilities, computer skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented
- Proven track record in chiropractic
- Proficient with specific upper cervical, force and non-force techniques and full spine body integration
- Oklahoma Chiropractic license
- Travel required

Nonprofit Executive Director
Full or part-time position
Purpose: To serve and help fulfill the mission of the “Oklahaven” Children’s Chiropractic Center – a natural, drug-free lifestyle for our children. Promoting the center’s mission to the public and to chiropractic communities worldwide, “Oklahaven” will soon celebrate 50 years of service.
Description: Must embrace a natural, drug-free lifestyle - happy, positive, dependable person with a strong work ethic. Public relations and development responsibilities.
Skills:
- Communication: Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, and excellent writing and correspondence skills
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize a calendar of events (seminars, special events, and writing deadlines), and to oversee and accomplish administrative tasks
- Technology: Internet experience and electronic data organization; proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Access
Requirements:
- Demonstrates a natural lifestyle
- Non-profit experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Minimum three years experience
- Willing to travel within and outside the United States
